Halloween isn’t complete in Seattle without a trip to a local pumpkin patch. There are plenty of great options in the area, but you don’t want miss First Light Farm in Carnation!

The First Light Farm pumpkin patch (map) is open Friday-Sunday from 10:30am-6pm through Halloween. It’s a perfect place to get in the Halloween spirit! Not to mention, they have some of the friendliest employees in the area (Farmer Jane is AWESOME)!

You won’t find a corn maze, train ride, or petting zoo at the First Light Farm pumpkin patch, but you will find massive pumpkins. The folks at the farm tell us some of their pumpkins weigh more than 80 pounds!

The pumpkin patch is totally organic. On top of pumpkins, the farm also offers u-pick vegetables. That means you can load up on fresh produce, while you soak up the Halloween fun. First Light Farm is also a learning center, so there’s a great opportunity for kids (and adults) to get educated about their farm surroundings.
